Absolutely, that’s primarily what this service was designed for. This service has been tested to work with Carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) connections that are often provided by mobile carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T and other mobile and hotspot providers.
That’s a difficult question to answer. Each miner installation is unique and there are many variables that are our of your control that effect earnings (such as neighboring miners, RF interference, HIPs, etc). One of the variables that people CAN control is their relay status.
Here is a screenshot of one of our customers that clearly shows the increase in rewards after installing the Helium Helper and getting their miner out of “Relay Status”
Yes! If your miner offers a web based diagnostics interface via the LAN, we can make the accessible to you over the internet! Currently we have confirmed this works with the Bobcat & Nebra miners but it should work for any web based diagnostics interface.
For the time being, we can only allow this access on a “whitelist” basis, meaning you have to tell us the IP address(s) you would like to be able to access the diagnostics from.
Yes! Each Helium Helper will have it’s own dedicated public (and static) IP address assigned to it. You can have as many of them on the same network as you wish with no conflicts.
Here is a great article that describes CGNAT and how to tell if you are on a on one. If you are, don’t worry, the Helium Helper is the solution!
